    Hey! here’s a cool song I just uploaded, it starts out nice and sparkley and adds in some freak out rocks then kind of accidentally turns into that LCD Soundsystem song “Yeah” at the end. This time a lot more editing was involved, well more than none because there’s usually none, but in this I mixed some things and panned some things and moved some things around. Overall it’s still a little more awkward and lurchy than it could be but I think you get the point and anyway you don’t need to know any of this, hypothetical listener, you just need to open your ears and your heart to Blood Waterfall.

    The guitar solo in the last one (In Every Dream Home a Heartache) where Eno is dancing over the tape delays like a vulture is so awesome. I love those 70s psychedelic effects where images change color and flange massively and get superimposed on each other, it’s amazing that material like this is widely and easily accessible thanks to the internet. Whoa, I think I was just thankful for something.

    Eno is God, by the way.

    I caught these guys on tour this summer at Elastic, and they fuckin slayed. Anyway I stumbled upon this page about the tour, it’s got tons of cool pictures of effects pedals and basement noise shows and funny dogs and grafitti and basically everything brokenpants.com is all about. They even took a picture of the same dentist sign across from Elastic that I did! Those guys all rule.

    PS I was going say that I wanted to post a funny picture at the end but I don’t have any since I’m on my parents’ computer, but I checked My Pictures and I found this one I apparently saved at some point ahahaha

    I scanned a bunch of stuff from my sketchbook today and finally implemented the doodles section on my comics page. I’ve made new comics, too, but I didn’t put them online because the balance of mopey/self-loathing ones to funny/clever ones was tipped too far in the wrong direction, and also I am afraid to bump Rockstar Freddy and wolf boy off the top because those ones are so good.

    I made another walkman distortion because the others were getting old and feeble, though I think it might be the jacks because those radioshack jacks are flippin terrible

    also that’s a stupid little “harmonica” toy that sounded really oddly cool and raw playing through the crappy little speaker, but after I switched the speaker to a jack it sounds kind lame… now it sounds like a harmonica

    we shall see what it does in action tomorrow, though, and by see I mean hear, and by we I mean Blood Waterfall now including three members including a drummer, and by tomorrow I mean just that! tomorrow
